The intentional blocking of law enforcement vehicles, followed by a refusal to obey REPEATED commands by uniformed law enforcement officers to exit the vehicle, followed by a deliberate attempt to evade police on the part of this woman by first reversing her vehicle, then accelerating forward in the direction of ICE agents with ICE agents in close proximity to her vehicle clearly shows either an intent to harm, or a complete disregard for the safety of those in close proximity of here vehicle.
Witnessed confirm that this woman was a "leader" in a DAY LONG effort to harass and impede ICE officials, something in itself that shows an intent to violate the law.
